Deniz Kids Festival – “Little Sailor Passport” Campaign
Terms and Conditions
The “Little Sailor Passport” campaign will be held at Deniz Mall from 31 May to 22 August 2026.
Starting from 31 May 2026, visitors who make a minimum purchase of AZN 50 at Deniz Mall may visit the Information Desk and receive a special “Little Sailor Passport.”
Passport Issuance and Registration
- The passport will be issued upon presentation of the first purchase receipt with a minimum value of AZN 50.
- Each passport is intended for individual use only and will contain the participant’s full name and a unique passport number.
- Upon issuance of the passport, participants will be registered by the Information Desk staff. During registration, participants must provide their full name, contact number, and identification document details.
- Passports are non-transferable and may not be used by any other person.
- Lost passports will not be replaced, and collected stamps cannot be restored. Deniz Mall bears no responsibility in such cases.
Stamp Collection Rules
- During the campaign period, participants will receive one (1) stamp in their passport for every minimum AZN 50 purchase made at a single store within Deniz Mall.
- Purchase amounts from different stores cannot be combined to reach the AZN 50 threshold. Each stamp is granted only for a minimum AZN 50 purchase made within the same store.
- Only one stamp may be obtained for each AZN 50 spent on a single receipt.
- To receive a stamp, participants must present both the purchase receipt and a valid identification document.
- Stamps are issued according to the purchase date. Receipts dated prior to 31 May 2026 are not eligible for stamp collection.
- The Information Desk will operate during the mall’s working hours throughout the campaign period, allowing participants to present their receipts and collect stamps.
Weekly Winner Selection
- Every Sunday, the *five (5) passport holders* who have collected the highest number of stamps during the relevant week will be declared winners.
- Stamp calculations will include stamps collected from the previous Sunday through Saturday of the selection week, inclusive.
- Winners will receive a gift voucher package worth AZN 500, provided by Deniz Mall.
- Gift voucher packages will include gift cards from various brands operating within Deniz Mall.
- Only stamps collected during the relevant week will be considered for winner selection.
- Stamps collected during one week cannot be carried over to the following week. Participants may not use stamps earned in previous weeks for subsequent weekly selections.
- A minimum of 10 stamps is required to qualify for weekly winner selection.
- There is no maximum stamp limit.
- To be eligible as a winner, participants must present all purchase receipts corresponding to the stamps in their passport, along with their identification document.
- Failure to present any of the required receipts will result in disqualification.
- Failure to present the passport when claiming a prize will result in disqualification.
- If it is determined by the Organizer that the submitted receipts do not belong to the participant's own purchases and have been collected from other individuals, the participant will be disqualified and will not be eligible to be declared a winner.
Access to Festival Zones
- Access to the festival zones operating on Saturdays and Sundays is granted upon presentation of a Little Sailor Passport containing at least one (1) stamp.
- For Saturday access, the required stamp must have been earned on that same Saturday.
- For Sunday access, the required stamp must have been earned on that same Sunday.
A minimum of one (1) stamp grants access to the following themed zones located within the mall:
- Pirates Zone
- Circus Zone
- Planets Zone
- Ocean Zone
and allows participation in the entertainment activities organized within these areas.
- The children's festival zones will operate every Saturday and Sunday until 12 July, from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
- Stamps collected on previous days or during previous weeks are not valid for weekend zone access.
Product Returns
- If a purchased product is returned, the stamp issued for that purchase will be cancelled and removed from the passport.
- As a result of product returns, a participant’s stamp count may change, and any winner status previously obtained may become invalid.
Excluded Stores and Locations
The campaign is not valid at the following locations:
- Bir-İki Dönər
- Burger King
- McDonald’s
- KFC
- Papa John’s
- Köfteci Ramiz
- MADO
- Əjdaha Döner
- Pidem
- Mochiki
- Cadoro
- Bravo Supermarket
At Kontakt Home and iSpace stores, stamps may only be earned through cash purchases, with a maximum limit of five (5) stamps per participant.
Additional Terms
- The prizes and winner selection mechanics of the campaign are determined solely by the organizer.
- The organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
- The most current and complete version of the campaign terms and conditions will be published on the official Instagram page @denizmall_official and on the official Deniz Mall website. The version published on these platforms shall be considered the valid and binding version.
Free Parking Terms & Conditions
- The campaign is valid on weekdays only (Monday–Friday).
- The campaign is not applicable on Saturdays and Sundays.
- The rules for collecting stamps to qualify for the parking benefit are the same as the stamp collection rules under the "Sailor Passport" campaign.
- To qualify for free parking, you must collect at least 2 stamps, which means making purchases totaling AZN 100 at the mall.
- The list of locations that are not eligible for stamp collection is provided above.
- The 7-hour free parking period is calculated from the time the vehicle enters the parking facility, not from the time the receipt is presented.
Example
- If your vehicle enters the parking facility at 1:00 PM and you present your receipt at 3:00 PM, the 7-hour free parking period will still be calculated from the entry time, meaning the parking benefit will remain valid until 8:00 PM.
- All parking discounts are valid until 3:00 AM at the latest.
- Any parking time exceeding the 7-hour limit, or any parking time after 3:00 AM, will be charged according to the applicable parking rates.
- After the initial 7-hour free parking period, standard parking fees will apply for each additional hour.
